摘要
在溶液中合成了1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酰基-吡唑啉酮-5(HPMBP)与Cd( ),Sr( ),Fe( ),Mn( ),Zn( ),Co( ),Ni( ),Cu( ),Cr( ),Te( ),La( ),V( ),Ta( )的配合物以及HPMBP与1,3-丙二胺,1,2-丙二胺及乙二胺的席夫碱配体和该类席夫碱与各种金属的配合物,并进行了HPMBP与金属Cr( ),Cd( ),Sr( ),Fe( ),Mn( ),V( ),Ta( )的配合物的抑菌活性试验,生物活性试验表明,这几种配合物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有一定的抗菌作用.
Cadmium(Ⅱ),strontium(Ⅱ),iron(Ⅱ),manganese(Ⅱ),zinc(Ⅱ),cobalt(Ⅱ),nickel(Ⅱ),copper(Ⅱ),chromium(Ⅲ),tellurium(Ⅳ),lanthanum(Ⅲ),vanadium(Ⅴ),tantalum(Ⅴ) complexes and 1,3diaminopropane,1,2diaminopropane,ethylenediamine Schiff base complexes with 1phenth3methy4benzoylpyrazolone5 were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis. The results of preliminary test for bacterostatic activity show that the complexes have inhibition to Escherichia Coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
