摘要
随着社会经济的发展,人们对土地问题的关注程度不断提高.本文就什么是耕地总量,耕地总量在什么状态下才算是达到了动态平衡,如何实现耕地总量动态平衡等问题提出一些看法和认识.并为实现耕地总量动态平衡提出对策与措施.
With the development of social economy,people pay more attentions to the problem of land.This paper shows some opinions about what is the total amount of cultivated land,the condition that the dynamic balance of the total amount of cultivated land demands and how we realize the dynamic balance of the total amount of cultivated land etc. At the same time,it puts forward some strategies and measures about how to realize thedynamic balance of the total amount of cultivated land.
