摘要
城市物流随着城镇经济的发展而形成和发展,城市物流业已成为现代城市经济新的增长点.本文首先从区位因子、基础设施、物流园区布局和物流业发展状况等方面对芜湖城市物流业发展现状进行了分析;然后,通过建立灰色系统GM(1,1)模型和二次移动平均线模型,对芜湖城市物流业发展规模进行预测;最后,从物流政策、物流基础设施建设以及物流管理人才培训三个方面提出了芜湖城市物流合理化发展的措施.
Following the development of countryside and towns economic, city logistics shapes and develops. City logistics becomes a point of city economic increase. At first, from niche factor, basis installment, the layout of logistics park and the situation of logistics development. The article analyses the developing situation of city logistics in Wuhu, Anhui, establishes grey system GM (1, 1) model and twice average line moving model, forecasts the developing scale of city logistics. At last, the author proposes specifics measures for Wuhu City logistics development from three aspects: logistics policy, the construction of logistics basis installment and logistics management personnel.
