摘要
在大量实验研究的基础上 ,借鉴国外已有成功经验 ,研制开发自己的高温空气燃烧系统 ,其中包括 :蓄热式燃烧器、蓄热室、四通换向阀、控制装置等 ,并将其应用到 30吨熔铝炉。生产结果表明 ,燃料节约率达 5 4 % ,投资回收期少于 1年。
Based on the large quantities of experimental researches,according to the successful experiences of other countries,the high temperature air combustion system has been developed,which include the regenerative combustor,regenerative chamber,reversing valve and control units,and so on.They have been applied in the 30t aluminum melting furnace.Production results show that economizing ratio of fuels reach to 54% and the pay back period of investment is less than one year.
