摘要 通过建立和分析等距曲面及其加工中有关问题的数学模型 ,得到了数控铣削等距型面轴时确定自适应步长的算法以及行距、残留高度等重要理论问题的计算公式 。 In this paper,a new method of machining equidistant profile axles using numerically_controlled machine tool is put forward.With the help of constructing and analyzing the mathematical models in the course of milling machining equidistant profile axles.The theoretical expressions of some important problems are received,such as the path intervals and remnant heights.At the same time,the arithmetic of conforming step length is put forward.The theoretical bases in machining equidistant profile axles using numerically_controlled machine tool are established.
