摘要
摆线轮能够减小传动器尺寸 ,提高传动比 ,在小型传动机械中得到广泛的应用。随着摆线轮尺寸的减小和强度的提高 ,利用电解加工的方法制造小尺寸摆线轮日益显示出它的优越性。本文给出了摆线轮电解加工工具的CAD设计方法 ,它能较好地满足加工电极的精度要求。
The cycloid-shaped gears are used widely in mini-gearing, which reduces gearing and increases its transmission ratio. With the cycloid gear becoming smaller and its intension improving higher, it has itself advantage with electrolytic chemical machining method to manufacture mini cycloid gear. It offers the CAD design method of electrolytic chemical machining cycloid-shaped tool electrode in the paper, which would meet with precision of machining electrode design well.
