摘要
阐述E6 0 1T5—K2低合金钢药芯焊丝的工艺特点 ,确定该药芯焊丝的渣系为CaO -CaF - (SiO2 +TiO2 ) ,分析熔渣中各种化学成分及含量对焊丝工艺性能的影响 ,对焊丝熔敷金属的化学成分进行检测 ,测试药芯焊丝熔敷金属的机械性能 ,对焊缝进行X -射线探伤 ,检验熔敷金属的含氢量 ,实测该药芯焊丝的熔敷效率。
This paper expound the technological characteristics of E601T5-K2 low alloy steel drug core solder, slag system of this drug core solder is determined, that is CaO-CaF-(SiO 2+TiO 2), at the same time chemical composition of slag is analysis and the chemical composition effect on technological performance of solder is analysis also. Chemical composition of molten metal of the core is examined, mechanical performance of molten metal of drug core solder is tested, X-radial inspect is made. Check up hydrogen content in the molten metal. Efficiency of molten metal of drug core solder is inspected.
