摘要
为科学合理估算工程造价以确定重置成本,从而保证评估结果的客观、可靠,结合某大型有色冶炼厂的实际情况对估算工程造价的几种方法进行了分析,并对所采用的重置成本法作了具体介绍。
To calculate the construction cost scientifically and reasonably for determination of replacement cost and ensure the objectivity and reliability of the calculation, this article analyzes a few methods of calculating construction cost according to practical situation of a large-scale smeltery of nonferrous metals and introduces concretely the replacement cost method adopted
