摘要
从基础业务管理的角度,就提高自身管理水平,基础业务队伍的建设,业务质量的控制和提高,加强科室管理等四个方面,对基础业务管理的思路、经验和体会以及今后工作的设想进行了探讨。
From the angle of base operation management,this paper includes four aspects of the raise of own management level,construction of troop of base operation,control/enhancement of the service quality and the management of administrative office,it has made discussion about the thoughts of base operation management,the experience and assumption of the future work.
