摘要
山西省1997年至2001年的气候概况为:干旱少雨,气温偏高。山西省从1997年以来,连续出现了少雨干旱年,尤其是1997年,1998年9月至1999年8月,2001年1月至7月10日,全省降水量显著减少,气温明显偏高,风沙天气较常年同期偏多,对山西省农业生产尤为不利。
Climatic survey shows that it is arid and few rain and temperatures is higher than normal in Shanxi Province from 1997 to 2001.Since 1997,the year with few rain and drought has appeared continuously,especially in 1997,from September,1998 to August,1999, from January,2001 to July 10,precipitation reduced remarkable,temperatures raised obviously,the number of sandstorm weather were more than the normal year sametime,that's disadvantageous to agricultural production of Shanxi Province.
