摘要
提出用专家控制理论和方法,与传统的PID控制方式结合起来,运用专家控制思想,分析计算并判断各种运行状态,给出适当的晶闸管触发角相位信号,使得直流调速装置能快速无超调起制动,并在进入稳态后保持要求的静态精度,这些动作要以最少的内存和最短的时间完成,以满足调速系统快速性、实时性的要求。系统中还应用专家系统技术和微机软硬件技术设计了软硬件自动检查、事故记录以及系统保护等功能。
The author put forward the method of combining traditional PID control mode with expert control theory. The author used expert control theory to analyze, compute and judge various running states of the system, gave out proper phase-angle signal to trigger the thyristor, thereby making the DC speed-governing system to start and brake quickly without overshoot and maintain the desired static precision after entering the steady state. All the actions above should be fulfilled using least internal storage and time in order to satisfy the demand of real time control and required greater speed of response of the system. Using expert control theory and microcomputer technique, the author also designed some software and hardware devices in this system to realize the function of automatic diagnosis, breakdown record and system protection
