摘要
血友病A(hemophiliaA ,HA)是一种最常见的X连锁隐性遗传性出血性疾病 ,最大的特点是自发性或轻微外伤后出血不止 ,严重威胁着患者的生命 .目前尚无根治疗法 .只能输注凝血因子VⅢ (factorVⅢ ,FVⅢ )治疗和预防出血 .为此开展HA诊断和产前诊断 ,建立HA网络 ,采取干预措施 ,是降低HA发病率。
Hemophilia A is a sort of most common X-linked inherited bleeding disease.The most characteristics are spontaneous or slight traumatic bleeding and severely endanger the life of patients with hemophilia A.There isn′t effective therapy method but transfusion factor VⅢ preparation treat and prevention from bleeding.So diagnosis and pregnant diagnosis patients with hemophilia A,establishing the network of patients with hemophilia A and working out for interference approaches are major countermeasures that decrease the incidence of hemophilia A and improve the diathesis of nativity population in China.
