摘要
1986～1995年在湛江港开展鼠疫疫源监测。用被动血凝和血凝抑制试验检测鼠血清1135份,结果全部阴性;细菌学培养256份,均未分离到鼠疫杆菌;10年中鉴别港区鼠类8101只,隶属于啮齿动物鼠科3属5种和一种食虫鼠,以黄胸鼠和小家鼠为优势种,未发现外来鼠种;鉴别港区蚤类41匹,均为当地常见的印鼠客蚤;港区每年鼠密度都保持在0.2％以下。鼠类染蚤率为2.86％,鼠身蚤指数为0.06,地面游离蚤指数为0;监测结果表明,目前湛江港不存在有鼠疫疫情,但鼠疫的发生和传入的可能性依然存在,必须进一步做好鼠疫监测工作。
Plague surveillance was carried out in Zhanjiang port during 1986-1995. 1135 serums of rats were tested by passive hemagglubutination assay and hemagglubutination inhibition test, the results showed all were negative, Yersinia pestis was not isolated from 256 sampels of rats; 8101 rats captured in the port during ten years belong to 5 species 3 genus for muridae and 1 insectivo-ra, foreign species of rats have not been found; The density of rats was under 0.2% in the port each year;The rate of rats with flea, flea index in rats and free flea index in the ground were 2. 86%,0. 06 and 0 respectively. The results demonstrate that there is no evidence of plague in Zhanjiang port at present, but still possibly happen and introduce from abroad, the plague surveillance should be done better in the future.
