摘要
本研究以氧化锌烟灰或粗氧化锌为原料 ,用氨水 -碳酸氢铵 -双氧水作浸取液 ,将氧化锌烟灰或粗氧化锌浸取、除杂净化、蒸氨沉锌、洗涤干燥、煅烧即可制得高品位的活性氧化锌。
The technological process for the preparation of active zinc oxide from zinc oxide fume dusts or crude zinc oxide by ammonia complicating and oxidizing method was studied. The process included dissolving zinc oxide fume dusts or crude zinc oxide, purifying the solution, evaporating ammonia, precipitating zinc complex salt, washing, drying and calcining unit operation. The high grade active zinc oxide was produced by this process.
