摘要
当前,图书馆参考咨询工作的服务方式、服务内容等方面都发生了深刻变革,高校图书馆必须转变思想和观念,组织一支集中与分散相结合的高素质的参考咨询人员队伍,并注重对他们进行继续教育,以迎接挑战,更好地服务于用户与社会。
Profound changer have taken place in the service methods,service contents of library ref-erence work. College library must transform its values and organize personnel troops with high quality so as to offer betfer quality service for consumers and the society.
