摘要
采取复合标底投标报价,是规范建筑市场招投标行为,有效防止人情标、关系标出现,充分体现招投标工作的公平、公正、择优、诚信原则的一项有效措施。从正确理解复合标底的计算公式、认真分析报价的评分办法、善于运用换位思考、合理决策最终报价4个方面,对复合标底的投标报价方法与技巧进行了探讨。
To adopt the bid-pricing aiming at the compound bid price is an effective measure to standardize the tendering and bidding conducts in the building market, prevent bids obtained through personai relationships or other unfair means and fully embody the principle of fairness, justness, se-lecting good and honest tendering and bidding. This thesis makes a trial study of the pricing method and technique aiming at the compound bid price through four aspects, that is, correctly understanding the calculating formula of the compound bid price, carefully analyzing the evaluating method of the quoted price, being good at thinking about things from different or opposite points of views and rea-sonably deciding the final price.
