摘要
本文根据化学分析、偏光显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射、差热分析以及碱骨料试验等观察试验结果.分析论证了某地1982年建造的钢筋混凝土公路桥1989年即严重腐蚀损毁的主要原因是所用臂料中含有大量硫酸盐。鉴于含硫酸盐的岩石在我国西北地区有一定范围的分布,建议该地区应对已用该类岩石作骨料的混凝土建筑物进行观察检测,并注意作好今后选用混凝土骨料的质量鉴定及相应措施的研究。
On the basis of the chemical analysis, the micropolariscope observation, the electronic screening, the X-ray defectoscopy, the thermodetector analysis, and the alkali aggregate test etc., all these examinations and analyses have confirmed that the severe corrosion and damage of the R. C. highway bridge built in 1982~1987 was caused mainly by the sulphate aggregate used in R. C. construction, In view of huge amount of sulphate rock spread widely over north-west China, care should be taken, therefore, in the use of sulphate aggregate for concrete projects, in that region. It has suggested that a comprehensive and careful analysis and inspection of sulphate aggregate concrete structures should be carried out, and above all, some preventive and protective measures should be prepared hereafter.
