摘要
根据国外已发表的鸡传染性支气管炎病毒 (IBV)S1基因序列 ,设计了一对引物并以RTPCR特异性扩增出IBVH5 2疫苗株的S1基因 ,基因产物大小为 1.62kb ,与设计相符 .对其进行序列测定后 ,与其他标准毒株H12 0 ,M 41,BEAU株的S1基因进行同源性比较 ,结果表明 ,H5 2株与H12 0 ,M 41和BEAU株的核苷酸序列的同源性分别为 91.1% ,96.9%和 96.8% ,由此可以看出 ,IBVH5
One pair of primers for amplifying the S1 gene of avian infectious bronchitis virus(IBV)had been designed,with which the predicted 1.62 kb fragment had been amplified via RTPCR from IBV strain H52.The S1 gene of strain H52 was sequenced and compared with standard strains such as M41,H120 and BEAU.The results showed that the homologies of nucleic acids between H52 strain and M41,H120 and BEAU strains were 97.1%,96.9% and 96.8% respectively.The high homology of the S1 gene of IBV strain H52 with those of other IBV standard strains had been proved.
