摘要
近年来,越来越多的新型防水材料被用于屋面防水,但有些效果并不理想。为此,本文提出了采用传统油毡防水作法,提高防水效果的几项措施,其中包括选用适宜的沥青胶结料、验算沥青玛(王帝)脂配比、采用各项性能均好的油毡等保证防水材料质量的措施,以及水泥基层应有足够的强度、涂刷冷底子油应均匀且时间恰当、油毡铺设应符合规范要求等保证施工质量的措施。
There are more and more numerous new waterprooting materials produced in recent years for roof building construction. It is, however, far from satisfactory. In the light of water proof building materials, this article has suggested several key meterials. They are: (1)duly supply of good bitumen adhesives, (2)appropriate checking of asphalt mastic ratio, (3)strict selection of the various quality Waterproof materials, (4)enough strength of the cement mortar bedding course, (5) proper application of cold primer-oil spread out uniformly and duly on time. And carried out fully in accord with the building construction code to guarantee its quality.
