摘要
在对单体配比、引发剂种类及用量、单体浓度、反应温度及反应时间等一系列反应条件的系统研究的基础上,成功开发了马来酸酐 丙烯酰胺 丙烯酸甲酯三元共聚阻垢剂.实验证明,由于在聚合物分子中引入了丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸甲酯,增强了聚合物的吸附性,因而极大地提高了其"吸附分散"作用和"晶格畸变"作用,使该共聚物能以4×10-6的低投加量获得接近100%的高阻垢率,而且对水中的各种水垢具有优异的阻垢性能,对水温、水受热时间等均具有较宽的适用范围.所以该共聚物对循环冷却水是一种高效多功能阻垢剂.
On the basis of studies of the monomer ration,initiator,monomer concentration,reaction temperature,reaction time etc.,copolymaleic anhydrideacrylamidemethyl acrylate scale inhibitor was synthesized.The experiments showed that high scaleinhibit efficiency can be obtained in a very low dosage of copolymer,and it is very effective for various scales in the wide ranges of water temperature and during the long time of heating.So the copolymer is a very efficient and multifunctional scale inhibitor for the treatment of cooling water.Because acrylamide and methyl acrylate were introduced to copolymer,the 'adsorptiondispersion function'and the 'lattice distortion function'were greatly strengthened.
