摘要
研究了钒与3,5 Br2 PADAP及H2O2的显色反应、共存组分对测定钒的影响,探讨了钒的氧化机理,将正交试验法应用于显色条件的选择。在磷酸介质中,Ⅴ -3,5 Br2 PADAP-H2O2三元络合物的组成比为金属∶试剂∶H2O2=1:1:1,λmax=600nm,表观摩尔吸光系数5 7×104,在25mL溶液中0~25μg钒符合比尔定律。方法用于钢中钒的相分析,测定结果令人满意。
