摘要
秦山核电厂安全壳采用后张法有粘结预应力张锚体系,预应力筋按竖束、水平束、穹顶束三维布置,多方位施加预应力,张拉吨位大,数量多。预应力孔道采用镀锌金属波纹管。自制穿束机操作简单,移动方便,且可控制钢绞线进退。在张拉和孔道灌浆中经一系列试验,确定合理的工艺,保证了施工质量。
The safety shell of Qinshan nuclear power plant was built of a prestressed concrete structure by the bonded post-tensioning method. It was done comprehensively and consistently in 3-dimensional processing systems namely: (1) the vertical tendon system, (2) the transversal tendon system and (3) the vault tendon system. It should be specifically noted that the operational procedures are complicated and numerous. The tendoh-ducts are made of zinc plating corrugated metal pipes. The automatic self operating double acting jacks are adopted for post-tensioned prestressing work. and it has been proved as a portable device of great, convenience and high efficiency. Besides, the prestressing and pressure grouting processes had been previously prepared through a series of tests and therefore the project completed with high-technology and fine quality.
