摘要
根据实测示功图,计算了发动机的燃烧放热规律,并系统分析了一台采用火花点火、缸内直喷、周向分层的燃烧系统灵活燃用甲醇、乙醇和汽油时发动机的燃烧特性.研究表明,缸内直喷灵活燃料发动机在燃烧过程中预混燃烧与扩散燃烧并存,燃烧循环变动小于6%;具有非常快的燃烧速率,上止点后曲轴转角为3°~6°时就可燃烧完50%的燃料,燃烧持续期在28°~37°曲轴转角范围内;甲醇的燃烧速率最快,汽油的燃烧速率在低负荷时比乙醇稍快,在高负荷时比乙醇慢.
The combustion characteristics of a flexible fuel engine with a spark-ignited direct-injection circularly-stratified-charge combustion system are analyzed. This engine can operate with methanol ethanol or gasoline. The combustion process consists of premixing stage and diffusion stage. The combustion proceeds very stably and rapidly and the cycle-to-cycle variation is lower than 6%. 50% of fuel burns out while the crank angle is situated between 3°- 6° after the top dead center, and the combustion duration is within 28°- 37°. The combustion rate for methanol operation is higher than that for ethanol operation or gasoline operation. The combustion rate for gasoline operation is slightly higher under low load and lower under high load than that for ethanol operation.
