D18S535 STR基因座的遗传多态性研究 被引量：1

Study on polymorphisms of D18S535 short tandem repeat systems

摘要 调查中国北方地区汉族群体D1 8S535基因座的等位基因频率分布。方法 :采用扩增片段长度多态性 (Amp FLP)分型技术对其STR基因座进行检测。结果 :D1 8S535检出 9个等位基因 ,2 7种基因型。该STR基因座基因型频率分布符合Hardy Weinberg平衡 (P >0 0 2 5)。个人识别机率 (DP)为 0 92 7。结论 :D1 8S535STR基因座属高杂合度、高识别能力的遗传标记 。
