摘要
企业制度与企业经济效率具有密切的关系 ,企业制度的先进性是促进经济效率提高的关键因素 .建立现代企业制度是提高我国国有企业经济效率的根本途径 .我国国有企业的现代企业制度建设和公司制改造已取得长足的进步 ,但还存在不少问题 ,需要进一步深化改革 ,建立起明晰、多元化的产权结构和有效。
The enterprise system is closely related with economic efficiency of the enterprise. The advancement of the enterprise system is the key to the improvement of the economic efficiency of the enterprise. Building up the modern enterprise system is the fundamental in improving economic efficiency of the state owned enterprise in China. The establishment of mordern enterprise system and transform to corporate system of China's state owned enterprises has already had great progress, but there exiest many problems in this respect. It is necessary to deepen further reform, and build the distinct, multi-structural ownership as well as effective, normal managerial structures.
