摘要
主要介绍了美国SBIC模式的内容和特点 ,分析了我国小企业融资难的原因 。
The article mainly introduces the contents and characteristics of the U.S. SBIC mode, through analyzing the causes leading to the difficulties in financing for small businesses, ways of using the beneficial experience of U.S. SBIC mode are put forward, so as to establish and perfect the system of financing for small businesses in China.
