摘要 目的:建立RP-HPLC法测定双唑泰栓中甲硝唑、克霉唑和醋酸氯己定的含量。方法:采用C_8柱(5μm,4.6×150mm),以甲醇-水-三乙胺(70:30:0.3)(含庚烷磺酸钠10mmol/L,用磷酸调pH至4.0)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长260nm,柱温25℃。结果:三种成分的线性关系良好,平均回收率(n=9)分别为甲硝唑101.8%,RSD=0.9%;克霉唑100.7%,RSD=1.3%;醋酸氯己定98.9%,RSD=0.3%。结论:本法简便、快速、准确。 A HPLC method have been established for the determination of metronidazole, clotriamazole and chlorhexidine acetate in metronidazole, clotrimazole and chlorhexidine acetate suppositories. Method: The chromatographic system consists of C8 column and mobile phase of methanol-water-triethylamine(70:30 : 0. 3) (contains;10mmol/L sodium heptanesulfonate,adjust to PH4. 0 with phosphoric acid)with a detection wavelength at 260nm. The flow rate was 1.0ml/min. The column temperature was 25℃. Results: Satisfactory linearity of three constituents were obtained with average recoveries (n = 9) as follows; metronidazole 101.8% ,RSD =0. 9%; clotriamazole 100. 7% , RSD= 1. 3% ; clotriamazole 98.9%,RSD = 0. 3%. Conclusion:The method was simple and accurate.
