摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定凝胶剂中维A酸及其降解产物异维A的含量。方法:采用Discovery-C_(18)柱,甲醇-水(90:10)加0.5%v/v冰醋酸为流动相,353nm为检测波长。结果:测得维A酸和异维A的线性范围分别为1.5~3.5μg/ml(r=0.9999,n=5)和0.0125~0.238μg/ml(r=0.9999,n=7);平均回收率分别为100.4%(RSD=0.5%,n=5)和100.0%(RSD=0.3%,n=5)。结论:本法简便,快速,专属性强。
To establish a method for determination of the contents of tretinoin and its degradation-isotretinoin in gel. Method:To be performed by HPLC using Discovery-C18 column with the mobile phase of 0. 5% v/v of glacial acetic acid in a mixture of methanol and water (90 ' 10) and the detection wavelength of 353nm. Results:The linear range of tretinoin and isotretinoin was respectively 1. 5-3. 5μg/ml(r = 0. 9999,n = 5) and 0. 0125-0. 238μg/ml(r =0. 9999,n = 7). The average recovery WHS respectively 100. 4% (RSD = 0. 2%,n = 5) and 100. 0%(RSD = 0. 3% ,n = 5).Conclusion:The method is simple,quick and specfic.
