摘要
本文介绍了一种面向重要(主要是机泵)旋转机械群集的在线监测技术和相应的实施案例。使用S8100重要机组群在线监测和分析系统实现监测要求。系统硬件采用分布式结构,结合SMT技术;软件采用通用的浏览器/服务器模式。利用Internet/Intranet发展的最新技术,可实现对机组信息的连续监测、远程浏览和数据上报,避免了人工定期巡检的局限性,节约了人力资源,提高了监测质量。
A method of important machinery group online condition monitoring is expounded in this paper, which is oriented for rotating machinery group and its corresponding applications. Using the S8100 important machinery group online monitoring and analysis system, the system's inspecting demand is achieved. The distributed architecture incorporated with SMT is adopted in its hardware design. At software part, a universal Browser/Server module is used. S8100 system was based on new Internet/Intranet technology, which implements continuous monitoring and the condition information of machinery remote browse and data upload. By using this system we avoid the limitation manual time based inspection and improve the quality of monitoring.
