摘要
本文介绍和分析房屋增层纠偏工程中的一些重要问题,结合我国国情说明重视并搞好旧房增层改造的意义;对房屋增层工程进行利弊分析,对选择增层的合理结构形式提出见解;对影响旧房地基承载性状的诸因素进行分析,总结并提出确定承载力的建议方法。文章还分析了房屋发生倾斜的原因,提出选择合适纠偏方案的可行方法。最后还提出了本学科当前有待解决的一些重要问题。
This article has studied the key problems concerning the additional sto- reysand renovation of old buildings. Integrating theory with actual conditions in our country, it has demonstrated the importance of additional storeys and renovation of old buildings; its advantages and disadvantages; its choice of rational and apt structural type; its factors affecting the bearing capacity of old building's foundation; and fina- lly, it has suggested measures how to strengthen its foundation. Besides, a study and some deviation-correcting methods of old buildings have been provided here. In conc- lusion, it has, however, pointed out some current major issues should be treated care- fully.
