摘要
目前房屋增层设计中存在问题较多,常留下多种隐患。主要有横墙间距和房屋高宽比过大,结构方案不合理,未考虑抗震,无专门鉴定标准和规范,房屋间距过小以及地基承载力等问题。本文针对这些问题提出了坚决杜绝无证增层设计,建议有关部门组织编制房屋增层鉴定标准及设计施工规程等多项改进措施。
Currently there are fairly numerous questions in the design of additional storeys of old building and leaving over some hidden Perils to be dealt with, such as: the excessiveness of bay-spacing and its abnormal ratio of rooms' height to width, the irrationality of its structural planning; the lack of its aseismatic structural design; the negligence of its specific code and regulation; the narrow spacing between build- ings; and the insufficiency of its foundation's bearing capacity. Countering these pro- blems, it has suggested that stop all additional storey works without permit; and com- piling and publishing a comprehensive design and construction code about additional storeys of old building the sooner the better.
