摘要
入世后 ,中国的贸易环境已发生了重大的变化 ,如何应对这种变化并采取了行之有效的对策 ,是贸易界关注的话题。中国要想真正在国际市场上占有一席之地 ,就必须重视对战略性贸易政策的研究与运用 ,而国内理论界并未对它予以足够的重视。为此 ,本文试图对这一理论予以述评 。
