摘要
目的 :建立复方洛美沙星漱口液含量的测定方法。方法 :采用双波长系数倍率法 ,以蒸馏水为稀释液 ,检测波长为2 3 7nm和 2 49nm。 结果 :洛美沙星浓度在 ( 2 .475～ 2 4.75 ) μg/ml范围内有良好的线性关系 ,r=0 .9999;平均回收率 =10 1.62 % ( n=3 ) ,RSD=0 .90 %。 结论 :本法简便快捷、定量准确 。
Objective: To establish the method for measuring the content of lomefloxacin in compound lomefloxacin gargle. Methods: Dual wavelength spectrophotometry was applied.Detection was performed at wavelength 237 nm and 249 nm with distilled water as diluent. Results: The assay was linear for lomefloxacin within the concentration range of 2.475 24 75 μg/ml, r =0.999 9. The mean recovery was 101.62% ( n =3), RSD was 0.90%. Conclusion: This method is simple, quick, accurate and suitable for the determination of compound lomefloxacin gargle. [
