摘要
综述了荔枝果实采后生理与保鲜技术的研究现状,并提出了荔枝保鲜技术的发展方向。
The technique of postharves t physiology and preservation of litchi are reviewed and some suggestions on p ostharvest treatment of litchi are also proposed in this article.
