摘要
以八甲基环四硅氧烷 (D4)、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷 (KH5 5 0 )、六甲基二硅氧烷 (MM)为原料 ,在 KOH催化和 DMSO促进下 ,通过本体聚合合成氨基硅油 ;采用顺丁烯二酸酐与氨基硅油反应 ,制取用于改性丙烯酸树脂的有机硅预聚体 ;该预聚体与丙烯酸酯类单体进行共聚 ,制取有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂成膜剂。讨论了氨基硅油预聚体的合成条件及影响聚合物性能的 2个因素 (氨值和封端剂用量 )
Using octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane(D 4),(CH 3CH 2O) 3SiCH 2CH 2CH 2NH 2(KH550)and hexamethydisiloxane(MM) as the starting materials, KOH as the catalyst, and DMSO as the promoter, by bulk polymerization,the amonipolysiloxane was synthesized. Adding maleic anhydride into the amonipolysiloxane, the preformed polymer was synthesized, which is for modifying the acrylate resin. By combined polymerization between the preformed polymer and acrylic ester, the finishing agent modified by organosilicon was made. The synthesis conditions of amonipolysiloxane, and the two factors which influence the property of the product were discussed.
