内燃机车司机室吸附式空调器运行试验

Operation Experiments on Adsorption AIR-Conditioner USED in Internal-Combustion Locomotive Driver-Cabin

摘要 一种以内燃机排气的余热驱动的吸附式机车司机室空调系统已投入试运行。该系统采用分子筛-水作为工质对,单吸附器结构,通过蓄冷器,向外连续、稳定地供冷。阐述了该空调系统的工作原理,并对部分试运行的结果进行了分析。 A novel adsorption air-conditioner powered by exhaust gas from internal-combustion engine used in locomotive driver-cabin is developed. This system employs zeolite-water as working pairs and consists of one absorber. By use of a thermal storage device, the refrigeration capacity can be controlled as well as be continuously and steady provided to the locomotive driver-cabin for space cooling. System working principle is present. Some experimental operation results are analyzed.
