摘要
目的 :探讨胸部CT导向穿刺的诊断价值 ;方法 :对 1 1例肺部肿块进行CT导向穿刺活检 ;结果 :1 1例肺部均作出准确良、恶性诊断 ,成功率 1 0 0 % ;结论 :CT导向穿刺对肺部肿块的诊断准确性高 ,并发症少。
Objective:To describe the diagnostic effect of biopsy led by CT scan on thoracic masses.Methods:11 patients with thoracic masses, who aged 17 to 74 years, 9 males, 2 females, were enrolled.The biopsy samples were obtained by local puncture under lead-CT scan.Results:The attributes of masses were identified as following:6 cases had malignant tumor; 2 spherical pneumonia; 2 cases with lung tuberculosis and 1 case with mesothelioma of pleura. 100% of the successful rate was found.Conclusion:The local puncture led by CT scan is a useful and accurate way for diagnosis of thoracic masses.
