摘要 目的:正确认识MRI中的磁敏感性伪影,寻求减小或清除MSA的有效措施。材料与方法:回顾性分析我院86例有MSA且行各种解决措施的病人。结果:MSA可分为金属附属物伪影(40例)和自身磁敏感性差异伪影(46例)两类。可去掉的金属附属物伪影可消除,不能去掉的金属附属物(以检查安全可行为前提)和自身磁敏感差异伪影可尽量减少。结论:MRI中MSA可在一定程度上减少或消除。 Purpose: this paper describes and discusses magnetic susceptibility artifacts (MSA) in magnetic resonance imaging, analyzes the reason that cause artifacts and gets the effective measures to restrain and avoid artifacts. Materials and Methods: Use GE Signa 1.5 -T MR system, 86 patients with magnetic susceptibility artifacts are retrospectively analyzed who had been executed several effective measures in Tongji hospital. Results: Magnetic susceptibility artifacts are recognized and classified as follows: affiliated metal artifacts (40 cases) and in vivo magnetic susceptiblility difference artifacts (46 cases). When affiliated metal can be gone, the artifact can be avoided; when affiliated metal can not be unloaded (examine must be safe and feasible) and in vivo magnetic susceptibility difference is present, the artifacts can only be restrained. Conclusion: In a word, magnetic susceptilility artifacts in magnetic resonance imaging are able to be restrained and avoided in scanning.
