摘要
以纳米的 W- Fe/C复合粉末为主要原料制备了 D70 7药皮堆焊焊条。纳米粉末焊条焊接时细熔滴过渡 ,引弧容易 ,电弧稳定性好 ,无焊接缺陷。对堆焊层的显微组织、化学成份、相组成、硬度分析结果表明 ,纳米焊条堆焊层的组织主要是块状的 η相。焊态硬度可达 6 2 HRC,回火后硬度可达 6 5 HRC。
Abstract: The D707 welding rods were fabricated with the nanostructured and microsized W-Fe/C composite powders as main starting materials. The transition melting drops were fine, the starting arc was easier, the electrical arc was stable,and the welding defects were little when welding with the nanostructured powder welding rods. The analyses of the microstructure, the chemical composition, the constitute, and the hardness showed that the microstructures consisted of granular η phases, the hardness after welding was 62HRC, and the hardness after welding and tempering was 65 HRC, when using nanostructured powder welding rods.
