摘要
能源问题是现代社会发展的核心问题。为了实现社会的可持续性发展,我国必须加强能源管理工作,建立国家能源管理信息系统成为当务之急。从该系统的开发背景、开发环境、战略目标、数据分析、系统设计、系统评价和维护等方面初步分析了系统开发的有关情况,提出了设计思路。
The energy sources problem is th e crucial issue of the modern society development.In order to realize the sust aining development of the society,China must attach importance to the problem of the energy sources.So establishing the national energy sources management information system NEMIS has become a vital matter of urgency.Based on the background of the system development ,the developed environment,the strat egic system object,the data analysis,the sys-tem design,the system ap precia tion and assertion,some situation relevant to the system development are pre liminary dis-cussed and the designing thought are proposed in this paper.
