摘要
目的 :探讨双歧杆菌对迁延性及慢性腹泻患儿血清胃泌素 (GAS)、血浆胃动素 (MOT)和血浆生长抑素 (SS)水平的影响。方法 :应用放免法测定 2 0例用双歧杆菌和 19例未用微生态制剂治疗的迁延性及慢性腹泻患儿治疗前和治疗 7d后空腹及餐后 1h的血清GAS、血浆MOT和血浆SS水平 ,结果与 2 0例正常儿童比较 ,并分析三种胃肠激素间的相关性。结果 :治疗前两组病例空腹和餐后的血清GAS、血浆MOT和血浆SS水平高于正常儿童。除空腹未用微生态制剂病例的血清GAS水平外 ,治疗前两组病例血中的三种胃肠激素水平高于治疗 7d后。治疗 7d后双歧杆菌治疗病例空腹和餐后的血清GAS和血浆MOT水平低于未用微生态制剂病例 ,且血清GAS水平与正常儿童差异无显著性。治疗 7d后血浆SS水平三组间差异无显著性。另两组病例治疗前空腹和餐后三种胃肠激素间均无关联 ,治疗 7d后的双歧杆菌治疗病例和正常儿童GAS与SS和MOT与SS则呈正相关。结论 :双歧杆菌制剂对迁延性及慢性腹泻儿童胃肠激素的分泌有调理作用 ,应用双歧杆菌治疗的患儿血清GAS、血浆MOT和血浆SS水平较未用微生态制剂的患儿更快恢复正常。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Bifidobacterium on the levels of serum gastrin (GAS),plasma motilin (MOT) and plasma somatostatin(SS) in the children with deferred or chronic diarrhea.Methods:The levels of serum GAS?plasma MOT and plasma SS in 20 children with deferred or chronic diarrhea treated with Bifidobacterium and 19 children with deferred or chronic diarrhea treated without probiotics on an empty stomach and 1h after having test breakfast,before treatment and after 7 days'treatment were determined by radioimmunoassay.The results were compared with those of 20 normal children.The correlation among the three gastrointestinal hormones were respectively analyzed.Results:The levels of serum GAS? plasma MOT and plasma SS on an empty stomach and 1 h after having test breakfast in two groups with diarrhea before treatment were obviously higher than those in the normal children.The levels of three gastrointestinal hormones in blood before treatment were significantly higher than those after 7 days'treatment in two groups with diarrhea besides the level of serum GAS on an empty stomach in the cases treated without probiotics.The levels of plasma GAS and MOT on an empty stomach and 1 h after having test breakfast in the cases treated with Bifidobacterium were lower than those in the cases treated without probiotics after 7 days' treatment,and there was no significant difference with regard to the level of serum GAS between them and the normal children.No obvious difference was seen on the level of plasma SS among three groups after 7 days' treatment.There was no correlation among the three gastrointestinal hormones in the two groups with diarrhea before treatment,but the positive correlation was found between GAS and SS and between MOT and SS in the cases treated with Bifidobacterium after 7 days' treatment and in the normal children.Conclusion: Bifidobacterium has adjustive effects on the secretion of gastrointestinal hormones in the children with deferred or chronic diarrhea.The levels of serum GAS? plasma MOT and plasma SS in the cases treated with Bifidobacterium return to normal faster than those treated without probiotics.
