不同方式下冠状动脉旁路移植术围手术期心肌酶变化的意义

摘要 目的 :探讨体外循环与非体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植术围手术期心肌酶释放的影响及临床意义。方法 :每组均抽取术前 2 4h ,术后 2 4h、72h、第 7d静脉血 ,测定肌酸激酶 (CK)及其同工酶(CK MB) ,乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)及乳酸脱氢酶同工酶 (LDH 1)。结果 :2组术前心肌酶均在正常范围 ,术后以体外循环组心肌酶释放量为高 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :非体外循环下可减轻心肌损伤 ,有利于术后心肌修复。
