摘要
本文从会计核算、信贷、资产重组、投资、产权管理、企业核心竞争力管理、降低经营成本等七个方面分析了我国企业管理过程中所存在的诸多人力资本的价值被忽视的现象,并提出相应的对策。
From the accountancy,credit,the rearrangement of assets,investment,property right management,enterprises core competitiveness management,the operating cost,the paper analyzes the ignored human capital value in enterprise administration and put forward the countermeasure.
