摘要
人力资源是企业的基本构成要素,其整合效率对并购的效果有决定性影响。本文介绍了企业并购的基本涵义与效应理论争论,分析了企业并购后进行人力资源整合管理的必要性,着重探讨了并购后企业人力资源整合管理的实施问题。
Human resource is a fundamental element of a corporation, the efficiency of human resource integration has decisive influence on the result of M&A. This article introduces the basic definition of M&A and some debates about it. This thesis also analyzes the importance of human resource integration management after M&A of corporations. And it puts the emphasis on studying how to carry out human resource integration management after M&A of corporations.
