摘要
论述了国外运载火箭动力学相似模型的研究动态 ,对缩比模型设计和制造中的有关问题进行了讨论 ,对缩比模型的三维建模理论和建模方法进行了研究 ,探索了采用 NASTRAN的RBE3单元进行液体推进剂模拟 ,采用 DMAP程序语言进行了矩阵缩减和模态质量矩阵的提取 ,并以 CZ- 2 E/ A火箭缩比模型为例 ,进行了理论与试验的相关性分析。
In the paper, the latest developments in the dynamic scaled model of launch vehicle are summarized. Some problems on the design and manufacture of the scaled model are discussed. The modeling theory and techniques are studied here. The RBE3 element in NASTRAN is used to simulate the liquid propellant and a DMAP program is compiled to condense the matrix and abstract the model mass matrix. At last the correlation calculation is done between the analysis mode and test mode for CZ-2E/A scaled model rocket.
