摘要
真菌是荸荠(Eleocharisdulcis)贮藏期间腐烂病的重要病原,严重影响荸荠的品质和产量,造成巨大的经济损失。为了查明致病真菌种类,作者在2001年,分别从荔浦、合浦、南宁等地收购站,采集荸荠病害标本。经分离、培养、致病力测定和形态特征观察,获得三种病原:A-8菌株为根串珠霉(Thielaviopsissp.)、A-13菌株为根霉(Rhizopussp.)、A-3菌株为尖孢镰刀菌(FusariumoxysporumSchlecht.)。
