摘要
为了充分发挥变浓度煤层气发动机的性能 ,必须对煤层气发动机多个参数进行电子控制。本电子控制系统主要包括传感器处理电路、单片机系统电路和功率驱动电路。在系统中采用了冗余设计和模块化电路设计 ,对系统硬件抗干扰性和软件抗干扰性作了较全面的考虑。还充分考虑了对发动机环境适应 ,功率驱动自保护和系统的散热。
In order to fully utilize the potential of different concentration methane many parameters must be fully electronically controlled. The control circuit mainly includes three parts of sensor processing, microcontroller system circuit and driving circuit. redundancy design and module circuit design have been used, and the adaptability to environment, self-protection and heat release are completely thought over. System hardware anti-disturbance and software anti-disturbance have also been taken into great consideration.
