摘要
目的 动态观察前列腺素E1脂微球载体制剂 (Lipo PGE1)对老年周围动脉硬化闭塞症 (PAOD)患者的足背激光多普勒血流成像、甲襞微循环及血液流变学的影响和疗效。 方法 36例PAOD住院患者 ,给予Lipo PGE110 μg·d-1,静脉滴注 ,共 14d。观察治疗前后临床症状、踝肱指数变化、足背激光多普勒血液成像的改变、血液流变学、甲襞微循环指标等。 结果 治疗后临床症状明显改善 ,甲襞微循环的总积分值明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ,血粘度降低 (P <0 0 5 )。踝肱指数增加 ,足背激光多普勒血流成像明显改善。 结论 Lipo PGE1可明显降低血粘度 ,改善甲襞微循环 ,改善PAOD患者的临床症状 ,可安全有效的用于老年PAOD的治疗。甲襞微循环明显障碍 。
Objective To investigate the effects of Lipo-PGE 1 on the elderly patients with peripheal arterial occlusive disease(PAOD) by observing the alterations of clinical symptoms,laser doppler perfusion image of dorsum pedis,the nailfold microcirculation and hemorheology. Methods Thirty-six elderly patients with PAOD were selected. The alterations of clinical symptoms,laser doppler perfusion image of dorsum pedis,nailfold microcirculation and hemorheological markers were observed before and after treatment with Lipo-PGE 1 10 μg per day for 14 days. Results After treatment,clinical symptoms,ankle/brachia index(ABI),laser doppler perfusion image of dorsum pedis were improved significantly.The nailfold microcirculation total scores was decreased prominently (P<0.01).The blood viscosity was decreased as well(P<0.05). Conclusions Lipo-PGE 1 significantly improves the clinical symptoms,the nailfold microcirculation and decreases blood viscosity of the patients with PAOD. The naifold microcirculation may be markers in diagnosis and prognosis of PAOD.
