文章借助于材料的发射光谱和结晶相组成分析研究了B2 O3 对Eu2 + ,Dy3 + 共激活铝酸锶发光材料发光性能的影响。B2 O3 在Eu2 + ,Dy3 + 共激活铝酸锶发光材料的合成过程中 ,一方面作为助熔剂 ,降低发光材料的合成温度 ;另一方面 ,硼酸盐的存在促进Eu3 + 离子转化为Eu2 + 离子的还原过程。但是 ,B2 O3
Effects of B 2O 3 on the luminescent properties of Eu 2+ ,Dy 3+ co activated strontium aluminate phosphors were investigated by means of emission spectra and X ray analysis.The addition of B 2O 3 reduces the synthesizing temperature as a flux,and promotes the reduction of Eu 3+ ions to Eu 2+ ions in the Eu 2+ ,Dy 3+ co activated strontium aluminate phosphors.However,the wavelengths of emission spectra peaks of phosphors do not change with the variation of B 2O 3 contents.
