摘要
以食疗中药黄精、名贵食用菌竹荪为主要原料 ,研制出营养丰富 ,外观新颖独特的饮料产品。探索了干燥黄精药材的最佳取汁方法和竹荪与黄精的复合方法。以感观品质为评价指标 ,通过正交试验研究并得出了主要原辅材料的最佳组合。
A beverage featured by its rich nutrients and novel appearance was developed from Rhizoma polygonti (a dietetic medical material and Dictyophora as the main materials. The optimal extraction method for dry Rhizoma polygonti and the procedure of compounding Dictyophora and Rhizoma polygonti were studied. And the optimum composition of the ingredients was determined by organoleptic evaluation and orthogonal experiments.
